JOB POSITION: Quality Manager
LOCATION: Dover AFB, DE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Summary: The Quality Manager (QM) is directly responsible to the PMEL Site Manager for the administration of inspection/test documentation and data and for the analysis and use of such data for making management decisions. QM is responsible for: monitoring subcontractor/vendor services for conformance with contract requirements, quality control inspection of PMEL production, validating final inspection procedures on all equipment/property, keeping standard certifications current, operation of the Technical Library, and effective liaison with Government personnel. QM is responsible for the control and documentation of the Management System and will prepare the required data for the AFMETCAL assessments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Accreditation/AFMETCAL assessments experience
• Management/Quality Systems – 2yrs. experience
• Conducts Management Reviews/Internal audits
• Performs root cause and trend analysis
• Military PMEL/TMDE training preferred.
• Secret Security Clearance required
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs • U.S. Citizen

JOB POSITION: Electronic Technicians
LOCATION: Andrews AFB, MD
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position Summary: Performs the calibration and repair of TMDE under the guidance of the AFMETCAL program. Calibrations will be traceable to the USAF primary standards laboratory. The technician will use PAMS for recording standards used and other information used during the calibration.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas depending on the position and level:
• DOD military PMEL/TMDE training
• Laboratory management and AFMETCAL assessments
• Quality Programs - management reviews/internal audits and root cause analysis
• Calibration/repair of electronic/electro-mechanical instruments
• Electrical and Physical Dimensional
• AC/DC Low Frequency
• Jet Engine Test Cell
• RF Microwave
• Secret Security Clearance required
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs
• U.S. Citizen
